We asked you to send in your questions to the legend that is Donny Osmond and you came up with some corkers! Thanks to everyone who asked Donny a question. Here's a selection of the best...
Question: If you could take one luxury item and one essential item on a desert island what would they be?
Donny:
Luxury: My Blackberry.
Essential item: Power to recharge my Blackberry.
Question: How often do your family all get together and reminisce about the singing days?
Donny: Not as much as we'd would like due to our schedules being so different. I kinda miss talking to Tito.
Question: Of all the things you have done in your career what has been the proudest moment or been the highlight of your career?
Donny: Coming up with the answers to these questions.
Question: You have had a busy career in show business as a singer, entertainer, chatshow host, a game show host, appearing in Joseph and more recently BATB, are there any more professional ambitions that you have not fulfilled as yet?
Donny: Not really, but everything I do I challenge myself to do the best I can. In other words I don't coast.
Question: How did you choose which songs you wanted on your 70s CD?
Donny: I had a list of at least 200 songs that I wanted to record. I just started crossing them off. It was tough. Eventually I threw a dart.
Question: Do you ever wonder what direction your life would have taken if you had not been in show business?
Donny: I'm pretty sure I would've been involved with music in some aspect. If not I would have work for Apple Computers. I'm a computer geek!
Question: What do you feel/think when middle aged women (like myself) still scream at you like we were teenagers?
Donny: Keep on screaming baby!
Question: Did you like growing up in such a big family?
Donny: Yes I did, but being the 7th of 9 children, I always got the hand-me-downs. I really felt sorry for Jimmy.
Question: Who has been your biggest influence in your career?
Donny: Other than my parents, I would have to say Stevie Wonder.
Question: What was it like working with Gary Barlow? What do you think of his songwriting?
Donny: Gary and I are like brothers. We could really relate to each other. He's an incredible songwriter and musician. I always like going over to his house because his children call me Uncle Donny.
